These were used by previous generations of Korea University students. This adds to the building’s unique charm.
The building is divided into two main blocks. Block A houses an auditorium a cafeteria a media room and exhibition spaces. Block B has studios a penthouse open studios meeting rooms and classrooms. The blocks are connected by walkways and wide terraces. These provide ample space for students to interact and collaborate. The open-air design maximizes natural light and ventilation. It creates a vibrant and inspiring learning environment.
Originally π-ville 99 supported sixteen startup studios. However that number has been reduced to seven. The remaining spaces are now used by the School of Art & Design and the School of Smart Mobility. This change has led to some concerns among students. Many lament the reduction in startup space. However the merging of management into the Crimson Startup Support Group aims to improve efficiency. A more unified approach to startup governance is expected.
