The main tenant of Torre Merlin is Deloitte. The consulting firm occupies 14 floors in the north tower. Other companies also have offices here. These include Buran Energy, Arca Telecom, and LOOM. LOOM is a coworking brand owned by Merlin Properties. The tower has achieved 100% occupancy.
