Established on July 18, 2017, by the Ministry of Education and Training’s decision 2410/QĐ – BGDĐT, the university operates as a public institution under the Ministry of Construction. This ensures quality education accessible to all. The university adheres to the Law on Higher Education. It also follows the university regulations issued with Decision No. 70/2014/QĐ-TTg.
