Jalan Rahmat and Jalan Merdeka are the main roads within Kampung Melayu Majidee itself. They’re complemented by several smaller roads like Jalan Sekolah Jalan Utama Jalan Masjid and Jalan Kenangan. Jalan Utama was originally intended as the main entrance but its role changed during the development. It remains however a vital link.
Kampung Melayu Majidee is home to notable figures. Dato’ Mohamed Khaled Nordin a former Johor Menteri Besar lived there.
