Amidst the bustling cityscape, Horizons 101 dominates the Cebu City skyline. Horizons 101 isn’t just a building. It’s a statement. As early as 2011, plans were being laid by Taft Properties, the visionaries behind this architectural marvel. Construction of Tower 1 commenced in 2012, with Tower 2’s fate hinging on its success. The journey wasn’t without its challenges. In April 2012, a retaining wall collapse affected nearby houses, resulting in a temporary construction halt. However, the resilient team overcame this setback, and construction resumed by July 2012. By December 2015, a significant investment of 3.6 billion pesos had been poured into the project, with Tower 2’s construction underway. The developers even envisioned a third tower dedicated to business process outsourcing. Horizons 101 stands as a testament to ambitious vision and meticulous execution. The name itself symbolizes the boundless opportunities that Cebu City offers. It speaks of a future where progress and innovation reach new heights.
