Twenty-five years ago, a visionary leader planted a seed in Córdoba. That seed was the Universidad Libre del Ambiente, or ULA. Today, we stand before the fruits of that vision, a testament to the power of education and the importance of environmental stewardship. The Universidad Libre del Ambiente isn’t just a building. This program includes workshops on dry toilets and bicycle mechanics, as well as courses on solar energy equipment installation, garden maintenance, object repair and repurposing, and regenerative gardening. The Universidad Libre del Ambiente continues to grow and evolve. It stands as a testament to the vision of its founder and the ongoing dedication of those who believe in the power of environmental education.
