Before 2016, ferries operated from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Departures occurred every half hour. A lunch break paused services from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Since January 23, 2020, the port operates 15 hours daily. It is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Ferries depart every 15 minutes.
In 2016, fares were RMB12 per adult and RMB5 per child. Since January 23, 2020, residents enjoy discounted fares. Macau to Zhuhai costs 20 patacas for a single trip. A round trip costs 30 patacas. Zhuhai to Macau costs 15 yuan for a single trip. A round trip costs 25 yuan.
