Sovkhozny Prud is a rather large extended pond. It has a slight expansion to the north. The pond was dug in the early 20th century. It is absent on a 17th-century map. But it appears on a 1968 map.
The map shows a pond inside the Sovkhoz Izmailovo. The pond received its name from this location. In the 1950s technical facilities were nearby. There was also constant pumping of sewage. The pond was polluted with gasoline and oil.
Today the area around Sovkhozny Prud offers recreation. There are recreation areas on the western shore. You can see white willows and benches there. There are also arbors. On the eastern side you will find places for sunbathing.
Sovkhozny Prud offers visitors a large pulled pond. It has a slight expansion to the north. The Krasny stream flows through it.
