Rather, it’s the home of The Cabin at AHERA. This unique cabin is the creation of Matthew and Karli VonHerbulis. Matthew, a nature enthusiast with a passion for creative building, and Karli, gifted in hospitality and creating special spaces, poured their hearts into this project. The Cabin at AHERA offers an escape from bustling Kigali. Located a short 20 to 25-minute drive from Kagugu in Nduba, it promises respite and connection with nature. The cabin itself is a testament to Rwandan craftsmanship. Many of the details, from furnishings to decor, are sourced from local “Made in Rwanda” brands. This adds a unique, authentic touch to the experience. The VonHerbulises have anticipated every need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, and premium toiletries are provided.
