It’s a vibrant hub of contemporary art, nurtured by the CABB, the local community organization. Espace Édouard Pignon isn’t just a static display of paintings and sculptures. It’s a living, breathing space where art is created, discussed, and experienced. The city of Lille entrusted this space to the CABB, envisioning a place where artistic boundaries could be pushed. They wanted a transdisciplinary venue, open to all forms of visual and plastic arts. Imagine stepping inside and finding yourself surrounded by thought-provoking installations, perhaps a video art piece or a striking photography exhibit. Espace Édouard Pignon regularly participates in Lille’s major cultural events. It collaborates with other cultural organizations in the Bois-Blancs district, weaving itself into the fabric of the city’s artistic tapestry. The space opens its doors from Wednesday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and on Sundays from 3 pm to 6 pm. Entry is free, inviting everyone to engage with the dynamic world of contemporary art.
