The structure is made of reinforced concrete. It also uses a super RC frame method. This creates living spaces without beams. High sashes reach up to the ceiling. HiDAM vibration control reduces shaking from earthquakes and typhoons. Floor slab thickness is about 300mm. This enhances sound insulation performance.

Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd. was one of the original developers. It is a nine-minute walk from Kaihin-Makuhari Station on the JR Keiyo Line. CENTRAL PARK EAST Makuhari Park Tower provides common facilities. These include guest rooms, a studio house and a kitchen house. There is also an atelier house and a car washing corner.
