You are standing before Grace Community Bible Church, a Houston landmark symbolizing the city’s vibrant faith. This church began in the heart of the city, a small gathering of 12 people in a Clear Lake school auditorium in 1983. Driven by a vision to share God’s love, Pastor Steve Riggle and Becky began their mission. They moved to Webster and later to League City. The church boomed. The community embraced them. By the late 1980s, the congregation had swelled to 400, reaching a point where they were holding services in Clear Brook High School. They’ve moved three times, each time expanding to accommodate their ever-growing congregation. Today, Grace Community Bible Church is a significant Houston cultural institution, with a state-of-the-art South Campus and North Campus in The Woodlands. They host services every Sunday, offering a welcoming space for diverse communities. The church has continued to grow since its humble beginnings, becoming a pillar of hope and community. Its story is a testament to the enduring power of faith and its ability to inspire and connect a diverse community.
