It’s a place where cultures intertwine and stories unfold. In February 2010, the mosque hosted its 19th congress. The event, held at the Nied Saalbau, drew a large crowd. The congress began with an opening by Vice President Necip Danlini. Following the recitation of the Quran and the national anthem, President Saban Duran welcomed the attendees. Reports were presented, including an activity report by Osman Danlini and a financial report by Mikail Candir. Even the girl’s youth branch presented their activity report. The management was then discharged. A presentation on fitre, zakat, hajj, and umrah, given by the ATIB general vice president, preceded the new elections. The existing management was largely re-elected, with five new members joining the team, replacing five outgoing members. Guests at the election included Ilhami Ertürk from ATIB Darmstadt, Süleyman Taner, regional president from Mainz, Mehmet Celebi, vice president of the ATIB youth branch, and Yakup Tufan, general vice president of ATIB.
