Ven Phrakrupisalviriyakum Singto Tisso served from 1958-2004. Ven Phrakrusujitvimol Juang Sucitto served from 2004-2021. Wat Bueng Thong Lang’s present abbot is Ven Phrakrusangkaruk Sathit Sukhakamo.
The Ubosot with its striking blue roof is a visual centerpiece. A Viharn houses an ancient Buddha image adorned with gold leaf. Another Viharn serves as a central space for offerings to the monastic community. Its upper level offers a stunning view and houses an impressive statue possibly a replica of Phra Phuttha Chinnarat.
