They were spread across three locations. The gastronomy department was later spun off. It became the OSZ Gastgewerbe Brillat-Savarin-Schule in Pankow.

Today the Emil-Fischer-Schule offers a wide array of programs. These range from vocational training to advanced studies. Students can pursue various qualifications. This includes the Mittlere Schulabschluss the Fachhochschulreife and the Abitur. They have state-of-the-art facilities. These include multiple labs workshops and kitchens.
