“What happened here in 1934?” Someone might ask. We are standing before \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821. This school has a rich history. It is located in Osaka Prefecture. It’s a public elementary school.

\u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 was established in 1873. It began as a small school in Katayama Village. The school was then called Katayama Elementary School.

In 1875, a branch school was newly established in Saii Temple Village. In 1888, the Katayama and Saii Temple schools merged. They became known as Saii Elementary School. Later the name changed to Senri Elementary School in 1922.

As the area grew, more schools were needed. A branch school opened. It later became Senri Daini Elementary School in 1929. At that time, our school adopted its current name, \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821. In 1930, the school moved to its present location.

Back to the initial question: A typhoon caused damage in 1934. But the school rebuilt. In 1936, a reinforced concrete school building was completed. It was the first of its kind among elementary schools in present-day \u5439\u7530 city.

In 1941, the school’s name changed to reflect national policy. It became \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u56fd\u6c11\u5b66\u6821. After World War II, educational reforms took place. In 1947, the school was renamed \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821.

Over the years, \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 has continued to serve the community. It even spawned two more schools. \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5c71\u624b\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 was separated in 1955. \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u7247\u5c71\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 was separated in 1980.

Today, \u5439\u7530\u5e02\u7acb\u5343\u91cc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 continues its mission. It provides education to the children of Suita City. The coordinates are North Latitude 34 degrees 46 minutes 12 seconds East Longitude 135 degrees 31 minutes 36 seconds. Remember that the next time you need to give someone directions to this location.
