Their organization, Bread of Life, Inc., started by serving 500 meals a day to the homeless. Now, it’s a powerhouse of support, even distributing over 9 tons of fresh produce weekly across Houston! The church’s dedication to inclusivity, tearing down walls of classism, sexism, and racism, is truly inspiring. They champion universal recovery and unprecedented hope, a mission evident in their numerous outreach programs. Even celebrities like Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland have joined hands with St John’s, contributing to projects like the Knowles Temenos Apartments that offer permanent housing for the formerly homeless.
