But Elyachar demanded a $100,000 donation to his charity. Milstein refused. He built 1 Lincoln Plaza around Elyachar’s building at 33 West 63rd Street instead.

1 Lincoln Plaza offers 671 condo residences. These range from studios to five-bedroom apartments. Many residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows.
