Let’s step back in time to 1973. Mr. Edward B. Adams had a vision. He wanted an international school free from politics and religion. His dream came true when Seoul International School opened. It was the first foreign school recognized after the Korean Liberation in 1945. The ROK Ministry of Education issued the license on June 5, 1973.
From humble roots, Seoul International School grew. It offered great education to Seoul’s international community. Mr. Adams’ dedication shaped the school’s early years.
