A bus stop near Masjid Al-Hidayah? That’s not all there is to this story. Masjid Al-Hidayah stands proudly in Sentul Pasar, Kuala Lumpur. It’s more than just a place of worship. It’s a cornerstone of the community. It’s a beacon of faith, a place where lives intersect, and stories unfold. The Malaysian Consultative Council for Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST) along with the Ministry of National Unity organized a special event. This event was the Jejak Harmoni Programme. It was a walk designed to foster interfaith understanding. It started at Masjid Al-Hidayah. This shows the mosque’s importance not only to the Muslim community but to the wider interfaith community of Kuala Lumpur as well. This walk, starting at Masjid Al-Hidayah, symbolized a journey of harmony. Imagine the diverse group, setting off from the mosque’s peaceful embrace, on a path toward greater understanding.
