Let’s cover some essential information. Cooking fires are permitted. Bring your own firewood. Generator use is allowed from 7am to 9pm. You can bring up to two dogs per campsite. Keep them on a leash at all times. Don’t forget sunscreen, insect repellent and a first-aid kit. Water is a must. Mobile phone coverage is limited in camping areas. You might find some coverage on the beach.

Main Beach is known for beach fishing. Surfers and body boarders love it too. The Point Lookout Surf Life Saving Club patrols the beach year-round. Large swells and left-handed point breaks make it a surfer’s paradise.
