All existing burial plot concessions, initially issued by Parohia Cernica, had to be transferred. They needed to be reissued by Parohia Sfintii Trei Ierarhi – Pantelimon. This intricate process ensured the concessions remained valid. It also allowed the new parish to collect the annual 100 lei per plot fee. This transition wasn’t just about paperwork.
