Visa, legalization, certification, and other consular matters are handled via riyadh.visa@diplobel.fed.be. The Embassy of Belgium diligently provides legalization services. On Mondays between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, the embassy receives documents for legalization. These documents are then returned on Thursdays during the same hours. Payments for these services are accepted via debit/credit cards or bank transfers, with a legalization fee of 84 SAR per stamp. The embassy also offers assistance with obtaining criminal records. A dedicated email address, riyadh.visa@diplobel.fed.be, provides the necessary forms. Applicants need to provide a copy of their Iqama and specify the city the letter should be addressed to. The Embassy of Belgium operates from Sunday to Thursday, welcoming visitors and facilitating diplomatic functions. Regular working hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. During Ramadan, the working hours are slightly adjusted to 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
