Have you ever wondered about the story behind Casa De Oracion Mansion De Cristo Vida Nueva? This Christian church stands as a beacon of faith in Transversal 71 Colombia. It is a place where many seek solace and spiritual guidance.

The church’s story actually begins far from Colombia. It starts in Spain during the 1970s. Two French brothers named Joselito and Lari traveled to southern Spain. They dedicated themselves to preaching the gospel. Joselito focused on Andalusia. Lari concentrated his efforts on Cartagena Spain. It was there that Domingo Aracil was touched by the gospel. He devoted his life to Christ. He later became the first pastor of the congregation.

The early days of Casa de Oración were humble. They began in San Antón in a small space on Alvar Fañez Street. Domingo Aracil committed himself to the ministry there. Manolo Aracil his brother assisted him after Lari the missionary moved to Barcelona. Together they dedicated their efforts to spreading the gospel. The church quickly outgrew its location. They had to move frequently because so many people were converting.

Around 1981 a piece of land was acquired in the Peral neighborhood. Through the dedication of its members they built “El Templo”. This period saw a spiritual awakening. Many hearts were touched. After 26 years the congregation relocated. They moved to Gabriel Miró Street. It was only a few meters from the original temple.

Today Pastor Juan Cánovas leads Casa de Oración. He converted in 1973. He took over from Pastor Domingo Aracil in 2018. The church also has another meeting place in Los Alcázares.

Casa De Oracion Mansion De Cristo Vida Nueva continues its mission. It offers a welcoming space for worship. The church is more than just a building. It is a community.
