The building will house 153 ultra-luxury apartments. Sizes range from 740 to 1300 square meters. Imagine the world’s largest penthouse. It spans an incredible 125,000 square feet across three floors. Seven floors are dedicated to amenities. There are three swimming pools a tennis court and even a cricket pitch.
