He is also known as Tr\u1ea7n H\u01b0ng \u0110\u1ea1o. Born in 1228 he passed away in 1300. Tr\u1ea7n Qu\u1ed1c Tu\u1ea5n was a remarkable figure. He was a politician a military strategist and a writer during the Tr\u1ea7n Dynasty.

Tr\u1ea7n H\u01b0ng \u0110\u1ea1o was celebrated for his military brilliance. He was also known for his dedication to his people. He led the \u0110\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t forces. He successfully defended the nation against three Mongol invasions. These invasions happened in 1258 1285 and 1288.

The Tr\u1ea7n kings entrusted him with supreme command. He served as Qu\u1ed1c c\u00f4ng Ti\u1ebft ch\u1ebf. His strategic genius ensured victory. Enemy generals faced defeat. Lives were spared. Tr\u1ea7n H\u01b0ng \u0110\u1ea1o was the son of An Sinh v\u01b0\u01a1ng Tr\u1ea7n Li\u1ec5u. He was also the nephew of King Tr\u1ea7n Th\u00e1i T\u00f4ng.

Originally from T\u1ee9 M\u1ea1c he possessed exceptional intelligence. His talent was evident from a young age. Tr\u1ea7n H\u01b0ng \u0110\u1ea1o became a prominent military official. He was appointed Ti\u1ebft ch\u1ebf in 1257. He prepared the country for defense. Before his death in 1300 he shared crucial advice. He spoke about military and governance strategies. His words emphasized unity and resilience. His legacy endures.

\u0110\u00ecnh An Ph\u00fa houses five royal decrees. It recognizes Tr\u1ea7n H\u01b0ng \u0110\u1ea1o’s contributions. Originally built during the L\u00ea Dynasty \u0110\u00ecnh An Ph\u00fa faced destruction. This destruction happened during conflicts against French and American forces. The current structure reflects renovations from recent decades. It showcases architectural styles from the Nguy\u1ec5n era.

The building features three compartments and two lean-tos. It is oriented southwest. The structure opens to a courtyard. \u0110\u00ecnh An Ph\u00fa covers 868 square meters. It blends into the surrounding residential area. The shrine preserves artifacts. These artifacts include ceramic incense burners and Nguyen Dynasty furniture.

The An Ph\u00fa Temple Festival occurs annually. It takes place from the 18th to the 20th of the eighth lunar month. The main festival day is the 20th. Villagers carefully prepare for the festival. Traditional games are played. These games include swinging and tug-of-war. Ch\u00e8o performances entertain the community. Rituals inside the temple require solemnity. Only elders oversee the ceremonies. Women are restricted from certain areas.

Recognized for its historical value \u0110\u00ecnh An Ph\u00fa received historical site status. The Hanoi People’s Committee gave this status in 2017.
