In November 2019, Western Avenue participated in a joint service. It was with the Jewish Community Relations Council, Kingdom Empowerment Center, and Temple Emanuel. Choirs from Western Avenue, Kingdom Empowerment, and Temple Emanuel led worship. Pastor Jeremy Battle and Apostle Lorraine Thornhill shared reflections from their trip to Israel.
