Denver Place was completed in 1981. Devco Property Inc. developed it. The architecture firm Marvin E. Knedler & Assoc. designed it. The complex boasts over one million square feet of space.
Denver Place consists of several distinct sections. There is the South Tower. It has 34 stories and reaches 416 feet. The North Tower has 23 stories and stands 285 feet tall. The North and South Terraces each have seven stories.
The towers have an interesting design. They are elongated hexagons. Silver-gray aluminum panels cover them. Dark gray reflective glass adds contrast. The towers sit diagonally from each other. Terraces connect them creating a single structure. A bridge links it to the Ritz Carlton and Denver Place Apartments. Both are owned by Plant Holdings North America, Inc.
