How many churches can say they were founded in an elementary school? The Fellowship: Cinco Ranch can. In November 1993, Pastor Jerry Edmonson felt a calling. He decided to start a new church community in Cinco Ranch. By February of the next year, a dedicated group of 68 people began meeting at Fielder Elementary School. They gathered for worship and Bible study, preparing for the official launch of The Fellowship: Cinco Ranch. Then on Easter weekend in April 1994, over 300 people attended the very first service. The Fellowship: Cinco Ranch has grown significantly since its humble beginnings. Today, the church boasts a spacious multi-purpose campus right here in the heart of Cinco Ranch. It even has a second campus at the Mark A. Chapman YMCA. Throughout its journey, The Fellowship: Cinco Ranch has stayed true to its mission. The church strives to be a place where people feel loved and empowered to follow their faith.
