The University of Delhi South Campus began in 1973. It was part of the University of Delhi’s plan to grow. In 1984 the campus moved to its current spot on Benito Juarez Marg. This is near Dhaula Kuan.

Many people think the North Campus is better. But the University of Delhi South Campus has its own special charm. It is located in South Delhi. The area has great places to eat. This makes college life feel like heaven.

The University of Delhi South Campus spans 69 acres. It includes many colleges. You’ll find Aryabhatta College here. Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbia College is also part of the campus. Other colleges include Gargi College and Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College. PGDAV College and Jesus and Mary College are also present. Ramanujan College and Maitreyi College add to the diversity. Motilal Nehru College and Ram Lal Anand College are included. Sri Venkateswara College and Lady Shri Ram College are also here. Plus, there’s Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College and Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. The Institute of Home Economics is another part of the campus. Don’t forget the College of Vocational Studies. Sri Aurobindo College, Kamala Nehru College, Dyal Singh College are also here. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing complete the list.
