The management of the Leine-Center also changed hands over the years. Initially, ECE Projektmanagement managed the center. In April 2018, mfi Shopping Center Management GmbH took over. Since April 1, 2023, CM Immobilienmanagement GmbH has been managing the Leine-Center.
In 2008, the Leine-Center saw approximately 25,000 visitors per day. By 2016, this number had decreased to around 19,100. Around 850 employees work at the Leine-Center.
The Leine-Center offers about 1,400 parking spaces for cars. It also has about 100 bicycle parking spaces. Public transportation is readily available. The Stadtbahn line 1 and bus lines 340, 341, 346, 348, and 390 serve the center.
