The Klangoase is more than just a garden. It is a carefully crafted experience. Peter Seiler composed the instrumental music specifically for this space. It invites park guests into a realm of dreams.
Hidden within the surrounding trees are six speakers. They emit harmonious and romantic melodies. Sometimes they are melancholic. Other times they are stimulating. Seiler masterfully blends his music with natural sounds. Birdsong, cricket chirps, thunder, and water sounds enhance the experience.

Since 1996, the Klangoase has welcomed tens of thousands of park visitors each year. The installation is open annually between April and October. The Klangoase offers an escape from everyday life. Visitors can switch off and immerse themselves in nature’s sounds. Daydreams come easily here. It is pure relaxation.
A large wooden ear sculpture has adorned the Klangoase since 2004. Rolf Hook created it. This symbolizes the importance of listening in this tranquil space.
