Here, nestled on the corner of Upper Brookfield Road and Rafting Ground Road is the Brookfield Uniting Church. This church stands as a testament to faith and community. In 1998, to celebrate its 125th birthday, a book titled “Different Tracks” was published. Libby Wager wrote it. This book captures the essence of the church’s journey. It highlights its role in building a strong community.

The Brookfield Uniting Church actively engages with the local community. It hosts a Country Market each September. The church provides breakfast for participants in the annual Bush Christmas Fun Run. A twilight Christmas Carols Service is held here each year. These events showcase the church’s commitment.

The church proudly helped build a friendly rural atmosphere. The congregation includes many descendants of pioneering families. They strive to play an active Christian role. They help shape the evolving character of the Brookfield community.

In February 1970, the Pioneer Memorial Hall was dedicated. It was dedicated to the service of God. It also honored the memory of the Pioneers. Rev G Nash unveiled a plaque.

In February 2014, a bell was dedicated to the glory of God. Friends of Brookfield Uniting Church donated it. Dr John Roulston dedicated it.
