If you change your mind about contributing to Ohel Avraham we would be happy to honor your decision. Request a refund within 15 days of the date you made the contribution. To request a refund call In Israel: 02-628-2634 US Line: 815-349-4018 and ask for the secretary. Refunds are issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution. Checks are also an option.
Ohel Avraham also organizes Shabbatons and trips including missions outside of Israel. Cancellations before one week get a 50% refund. Cancellations within one week get 50% credit towards future events. No notification before the event means no refund or credit. If a cancellation is necessary the participant must notify Jeff Seidel at jseidel@jeffseidel.com.
Events within Israel are planned based on registration. They are booked well in advance so refunds aren’t available for local events. If an event is overbooked your money will be refunded.
Students must take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to any trips. Ohel Avraham JSIC is not responsible for insurance. Insurance is not included in the Shabbaton or trip price.
JSIC will never disclose your personal information. It won’t share it with any outside organization. All transactions and prices are in US dollars unless specified.
