Established on September 1, 1976, the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) began as a training ground for pricing officers. It was initially known as the Central School of Pricing Officers. The University of Finance – Marketing has undergone several transformations throughout its history. In 1978, it became the No. 2 School of Pricing. The University of Finance – Marketing received a major upgrade in 1994. It became the Semi-Public College of Marketing, offering higher education programs. This cemented its role in shaping Vietnam’s financial landscape. Just a year later, in 2004, it achieved university status, becoming the Semi-Public University of Marketing. The University of Finance – Marketing’s journey culminated in 2009. It was officially designated a public university and adopted its current name. This reflects its integral role in Vietnam’s higher education system. Today, the University of Finance – Marketing offers a wide array of programs in finance, marketing, and related fields. It stands as a testament to the transformative power of education. It also stands as a symbol of Vietnam’s dynamic economic growth. The university has multiple campuses throughout Ho Chi Minh City. Its main campus is located on Nguyen Kiem Street in Phu Nhuan District. It also has facilities in District 7 and Thu Duc City. This ensures accessibility for students from various parts of the city.
