Since 1648 Hof Bockholt has stood proudly on Bochumer Strasse in Witten. Generations of farmers have worked this land. Hof Bockholt represents a legacy. It’s a testament to family dedication and agricultural tradition.

The current owner took over the family farm in the twelfth generation. He’s not just a farmer. He’s a visionary. While studying agriculture he envisioned Hof Bockholt’s future. His goal was to ensure its survival for generations to come.

In 2016 he transformed the farm. He opened a shop selling seasonal local produce. This shop added a new dimension to the farm’s operation. It became a hub for the community.
