The school, rectory, and church occupy the west side of Bronxwood Avenue from 225th Street to 226th Street.

In mid-2015, the archbishop announced a change. Regular masses in Our Lady of Grace church would cease. The parish merged with St. Frances of Rome.

Despite the change, the Our Lady of Grace school remained open. The parish school is located at 3981 Bronxwood Avenue. As of 2009, each grade had its own room.

Today, Our Lady of Grace continues to serve its community. It offers various services. Mass times are held on Saturdays and Sundays. Adoration takes place on Fridays. Confessions are heard on Saturdays.
