The church moved around a bit, landing on 3rd and Queen Streets before finding a permanent place at its present location in 1936. In 1957, it truly became a part of Pennsylvania, chartering in the state after being chartered in Delaware.
The church’s story is woven with profound family ties. Rev. Beauford’s son, William, eventually took over leadership and dedicated his life to the church. His daughter, Yvonne Addison, carries that same devotion, having spent her entire life within its walls.
