Nestled amidst a sprawling 5,000 m² park, Château de la Tour exudes an aura of tranquility. This four-star haven on the Mediterranean Sea invites you to experience “the château life”. Château de la Tour’s history stretches back to the late 19th century. Architect Benz designed both the romantic Château de la Tour and the modern Villa La Magette between 1870 and 1875. Commissioned by Count and Countess Basset-Grainville, these structures stand as testaments to their vision. The Count and Countess were known for their lavish parties, transforming Château de la Tour into a hub of social activity. The original garden, comprised of former agricultural terraces, has evolved into the Bicentennial Park. This verdant space showcases diverse flora, including a striking Araucaria Bidwillii tree. The château itself, a grand neo-Gothic structure, expanded around 1880 with the addition of the west wing. The blend of Mediterranean charm and Provençal bastide influences creates a unique architectural character. In the 1960s, Hassan and Nicole Berezel acquired the property and further developed its concept. Their efforts culminated in Château de la Tour achieving its four-star rating in 2003. The NOVA ACE group became the current owners in February 2020. They continue the tradition of providing impeccable service, prioritizing a human touch and quality. Today, Château de la Tour boasts 33 romantically furnished rooms. Some rooms overlook the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, while others offer views of the Estérel massif, the serene park, or the inviting pool.
