In 2005, it was moved to its current location on Rambla de la Marina. The inscription on the monument reads, “To Francesc Batallé i Aragonès 1906-1983 / Beloved teacher: How little can be said of how much you gave us.” A bronze bust of Francesc Batallé, placed atop the monument, further personalizes this tribute.
