Nouveau-Bordeaux a neighbourhood in Ahuntsic-Cartierville. It boasts a rich history. Originally known as Bordeaux it was an independent city. Annexed to Montreal in 1910. This happened alongside its neighbour Ahuntsic.

The area experienced significant growth in the 1960s and 70s. A housing boom transformed the landscape. Many bungalows and triplexes appeared. Even some high-rise buildings emerged.
