Abbot Robert Van Houtvin, with the help of local residents and a community of nursing sisters, founded the first Saints-Anges parish. It was located at 25 rue Ledeganck in Laeken, Brussels. The parish eventually moved to its current location at 61 rue du Gaz in 1986. The move marked a new chapter for Église des Saints-Anges, continuing its mission of community and faith.
