By 1933, they had established a firm presence in Saigon, their early monastery a humble building near Tan Dinh Church. But their mission resonated. The congregation grew, eventually requiring a larger space. That need led them to purchase a two-hectare plot of land in District 3, the very ground upon which Binh Dong Parish Church stands today. While their initial monastery was completed in 1940, the influx of devotees seeking solace and guidance prompted the construction of a grander church. That church, Binh Dong Parish Church, was inaugurated on August 3rd, 1952, a beacon of faith in a rapidly changing world.
